Accessibility Statement

INNOVASIUM INC.

Version 2026-2.0 · Effective: January 1, 2026 · innovasium.com/accessibility

Our Commitment

Innovasium Inc. is committed to providing accessible products, services, and information to all our clients, employees, and the public. We believe in dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity for people with disabilities, and we work to identify and remove barriers in how we operate.

Innovasium is an Ontario-based business and complies with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and applicable accessibility standards.

How We Apply Accessibility

Our commitment to accessibility shapes how we work:

  • Customer service. We provide our services in ways that respect the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Our team is trained to provide accessible customer service, and we are open to feedback about how we can do better.
  • Client work. Where the products we build for clients are subject to accessibility obligations under AODA, the Canadian Human Rights Act, or equivalent international standards, we design and build to those obligations. For most public-facing client websites and applications, this means meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA as a baseline, with specific compliance targets defined in the applicable statement of work.
  • Our own website. We work toward making innovasium.com accessible and welcome feedback about barriers you encounter. We use a third-party content management platform (Duda) and aim to follow accessibility best practices in the content and design we publish.
  • Employment. We provide accommodations for employees and applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment, hiring, and employment process, on request.

Reporting Accessibility Issues

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on innovasium.com, in any product we have built for a client, or in any interaction with Innovasium, please let us know. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to address barriers as quickly as we can.

When reporting an issue, it helps if you can include:

  • a description of the barrier or issue;
  • the page, document, or context where it occurred;
  • any assistive technology you were using (e.g., screen reader, voice recognition);
  • how we can contact you with a response.
