In the highly competitive world of hockey and sporting goods, TPS Hockey needed to clearly differentiate their products and clearly communicate technical features and benefits. Both their print and online catalogue needed to be exciting, graphically rich, informative and easy to use. Innovasium managed the entire creative process from interactive strategy, to the photo shoot with NHL superstars Rick Nash and Henrik Lundqvist, to the design and development of the innovative online product catalog presentation. The new site is contemporary with an edgy attitude. It was designed to appeal to all ages of hockey players and goalies.

Innovasium created interactive player and goalie locker rooms as the focal points for tpshockey.com. "Hot Spots" cue customers to click on the gear that they're interested in. It was important that the feel of hockey was reflected in the site. Check out how the products glide on to the screen like a puck sliding across the ice.

The TPS online catalog is built on Innovasium Merchant e-Catalog system with our Selector and Comparator advanced decision support tools. TPS customers can easily search, compare and decide which product best suits their needs. The site "suggests" products based on the dynamic product attribute controls. The Dealer Locator shows where to purchase products using a postal code search engine.

TPS Hockey needed to be able to manage their own site reflecting changes in inventory and announcing new products or campaigns such as the very successful "PINK STICK" campaign. Using Innovasium ForeFront CMS, TPS Hockey can manage content and easily communicate news to their customers.

The tpshockey site has achieved its objectives of delivering a high volume of quality interactive experiences for consumers and dealers to get to know the new TPS catalog. It has received acknowledgment in sporting industry publications and won the Adobe Site of the Day Award.
